Payment of balance to be made by Cash in US Currency, by Debit/Credit Card via secure online transaction through www.illbefrank.com/pay.html, or by check made payable to “The Creative Concepts Company” on or before the performance date above. $40 returned check fee.
Regarding Set-up: I’ll Be Frank requires complete and unrestricted access to the event site no less than 30 minutes prior (60 minutes preferred) to start time for set-up. Outdoor events may require additional set-up time. I’ll Be Frank requires access to (within 50 feet of exact performance location) two grounded outlets (3 prong) capable of carrying a consistent 15 amp load. I’ll Be Frank is not responsible for equipment failure caused by insufficient/inconsistent power supply. If performance location is outdoors, customer must provide adequate shelter from inclement weather to insure performance will take place. In the event that there is inclement weather or a threat there of and no shelter is provided, I’ll Be Frank retains the right to refuse to perform. In such case, customer will remain bound to contract terms and fees stated above. Any changes to original set-up or performance location may be subject to additional charges.
Regarding Music: I’ll Be Frank will perform songs made famous by and in the style of Frank Sinatra for the period of time stated above. If customer requests specific song titles, I’ll Be Frank must be notified as such at least 15 days prior to performance date above. I’ll Be Frank can not guarantee to perform songs requested on the date of the performance, but will try to accommodate if at all possible. At the discretion of I’ll Be Frank, sets longer than 60 minutes may require a 15 minute break. If requested by the customer, additional performance time may be available on the performance date, and customer agrees to pay for additional time at the rate of $45 per 15 minutes.
Terms: The date of this contract is non-transferable. Customer must notify I’ll Be Frank of intent to terminate this contract by mail, phone, or email (contact information provided below) no less than 15 days prior to performance date above. *In the event the customer terminates this contract less than 15 days prior to performance date, customer agrees that any deposit paid will not be refunded. I’ll Be Frank is liable only to the extent of any amount already paid, in the unlikely event that a performance is unable to take place, or must be canceled by the performer. This contract constitutes a complete and binding agreement between the customer and the performer, I’ll Be Frank.
